Step 1: 1. Prepare the materials;
Step 2: 2. Make proper amount of water in the pot, add salt and bring to a boil;

Step 4: 4. Make water to boil, add dried bean curd, flower tea, soy sauce and brown sugar;

Scented tea: 40g
Soy sauce: 30 ml
Brown sugar: right amount
Salt: right amount
Note: 1, put some salt when blanching dried tofu, in order to get rid of the beany smell, and add some base flavor to dried tofu; 2, put brown sugar and soy sauce according to your own taste, and it is not recommended to put a lot of soy sauce, otherwise, dried tofu will turn black after it is done; 3, don't boil too much water for dried tofu.
