Easy afternoon tea: chocolate pie with cheese sandwich
Introduction:
"As soon as I turn on the computer (naturally, I turn on the gourmet first), I suddenly see two big words flying all over the sky:" pie Festival. ". Hey, hey, yeah, 3.14. That being the case, I'm going to have something for you today: pie. The taste, of course, must be chocolate^_ ^With Black Sesame Cheese, hehe, what's the taste? Think for yourself_ ∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩∩
Production steps:
Step 1: mix low flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder evenly and sift.
Step 2: put the milk, oil, sugar and eggs into the container and mix well.
Step 3: melt the chocolate in water (the water temperature should not exceed 50 degrees, otherwise the chocolate will separate oil and water).
Step 4: pour the Heiqiao solution into the mixture in step 2 and mix well.
Step 5: pour in the sifted powder.
Step 6: cut and mix well to form pie paste. Then pour the paste into the decoration bag and set aside. Note that it is not recommended to use fresh-keeping bags, because this paste is easy to become a little hard, and the fresh-keeping bags are not strong and can be easily broken.
Step 7: according to personal preference, squeeze out the round cake batter with uniform size on the baking plate. I don't use the baking tray, otherwise you should remember to spread the oil paper. Put it in the middle layer of the oven preheated 180 degrees, about 8 minutes, take it out and put it on the grill to cool.
Step 8: take a piece of cool pie and put on the sandwich.
Step 9: take another piece and cover it.
Step 10: clip every two pieces so that you can eat them directly. However, it is strongly recommended to continue with the following steps
Step 11: take another 100g of Heiqiao and 20g of butter to melt, and the same water temperature should not be higher than 50 ℃.
Step 12: as long as possible, stir more to make the liquid melt a little thinner.
Step 13: put the sandwiched pie into Heiqiao solution, evenly wrap it with a layer of chocolate, and then put it on the grill to air until completely set. Remember to lay a piece of oil paper under the grill, otherwise the low chocolate will make you very depressed.

Sandwich I use black sesame cream cheese (stir fried black sesame and sugar to grind into powder, mix with cream cheese and a large spoon of milk smoothly), you can choose any filling you like to make sandwich. I use 100g black chocolate and 20g butter melt to wrap chocolate outside, or I don't need to wrap chocolate outside. 3. It is suggested that the baked pie should not put too much sugar, so it has obvious bitter and sweet taste of cocoa and chocolate, which can echo with the pie heart and make it taste better.
