In the process of controlling the drying, add a few drops of edible oil and an appropriate amount of salt to the noodles. The purpose of adding oil is to prevent the noodles from sticking together
Step 3: This is the whole material of fried noodles, egg minced, chili onion shredded, carrot sliced, onion chopped, rape washed clean on the line
Step 4: put the right amount of oil into the pot, add the eggs after the oil is hot, stir fry, until the eggs are cooked.
Step 5: after the eggs are filled, if there is enough oil in the pot, you can directly put in a small amount of scallion, then put in rape, stir fry until rape is mature
Step 6: then add green onion, stir fry until half done, add shredded pepper, then add two spoonfuls of cooking wine, salt and thirteen spices, stir fry for one minute
Step 7: you don't need to take out the fried dishes in front of you, just put them into the noodles, and then add three spoonfuls of soy sauce (soy sauce I use). Because salt was added to the dishes and the noodles before, you can omit the step of putting salt into the noodles. If you have a heavy mouth, you can put more soy sauce
Step 8: stir fry the soy sauce sprinkled on the noodles evenly. At this time, you can add carrots, scallions and a small amount of chicken essence, stir fry them evenly, and then you can get out of the pot. (carrots are sweet, if you put them in the pot in advance, they will stir fry their sweetness, which directly affects the taste of the noodles.)
