Braised pork with mushrooms
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: Boil the pork in boiling water and remove the blood.
Step 2: hot pot cold oil, add pork, stir fry until golden yellow, add sugar to brighten, then add rice wine and soy sauce. (see my secret braised meat for details) add water to the meat.
Step 3: add Agaricus bisporus.
Step 4: Agaricus bisporus has water, so don't put too much water. After the meat is cooked, you can put in salt.
Step 5: collect the juice in a big fire and you can put it on a plate.
Materials required:
Agaricus bisporus: 1 jin
Pork: one jin
Ginger: right amount
Scallion: right amount
Salt: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Old style: moderate
Yellow rice wine: right amount
Note: Agaricus bisporus water, if the water put too much, it will be too much juice, so it must be water as long as the diffuse meat. Make sure you put salt in the meat. I like to cook early, and then stew for a while to taste. It's easy and gas saving!
