Production steps:
Step 1: diced streaky pork (I don't have any streaky pork in my family, I use foreleg meat), diluted yellow sauce with water, sliced ginger, some Chinese prickly ash, and a small piece of fragrant leaves (I don't have green onion in my family, so it's best to make this stew if you have oil and use green onion frying pan)

Step 4: put the pepper noodles into the sauce bowl and mix well
Step 5: pour the sauce into the pot, be sure to use low heat
Step 6: slowly add the sauce to the diced meat over a low heat
Step 7: ready sauce
Step 8: mix 2:1 flour and water to make a smooth dough and wake up for 20 minutes
Step 9: roll the dough into a rectangle, don't forget to sprinkle the surface (preferably corn flour, I don't have any). It's not easy to use white flour as the surface
Step 10: after folding, use a knife to cut noodles of uniform thickness. At this time, you can boil water in a pan. After boiling, add noodles
Step 11: This is the cooked noodles
Step 12: my husband's stewed meat is on the table
