Production steps:
Step 1: wash the ribs and cut them into pieces, cut the carrots into pieces, slice the ginger and cut the scallion into sections
Step 2: put cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy sauce, a small amount of salt, ginger and scallion in a large basin. Stir well and serve as marinade.
Step 3: wash the ribs with blanching water, drain and put them into the previous marinade, stir evenly, and marinate for more than 3 hours.
Step 4: after washing the rice, soak it in water for more than 2 hours.
Step 5: pour proper amount of oil into the pot and stir fry carrots when it is 70% hot.
Step 6: stir fry for 3 minutes, add the ribs and continue to stir fry.
Step 7: then pour the fried carrot ribs into the rice pot, add appropriate amount of water, stir well, heat medium heat until the rice is boiling, remove the lid of the pot, wait until the water in the rice is dry, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Note: 1. 300 grams of carrots can also be put, because there are no carrots at home, so put less. 2. The longer the spareribs are pickled, the better they taste. 3. Rice should also be soaked, which makes it soft to eat. 4. If you have an electric rice cooker at home, it's easier to cook. Just pour the fried carrot ribs into the electric rice cooker and follow the usual cooking procedure. Because I didn't use an electric rice cooker in Germany, I had to cook it in a pot.
