DIY chocolate rose for romantic Valentine's Day
Introduction:
"The first time I did it, I used milk chocolate. I had plenty of time and the effect was good. This time I did it in a hurry and the time was not well controlled, so the last few pictures were taken in the evening, T-T..."
Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: carefully remove the petals of the rose, the leaflets on the receptacle and the rose leaves, wash them, and wipe off the surface water with a paper towel. (be careful to suck it dry, or the hot chocolate will turn to sand in water.) When peeling petals, pay attention to observe the morphological changes of petals from outside to inside and the position relationship between petals.
Step 3: flour, water and dough. In fact, the amount of flour needed to make a rose is very small, but more preparation is convenient for kneading, and it can be used again if it is broken~
Step 4: knead the dough into the shape of garlic like the flower branch and receptacle.
Step 5: make the rest of the dough
Step 6: prepare the oil pan, turn the heat down when it is 70% hot, and fry the dough at the big end first.
Step 7: fry the back gradually. (it's thin in the back, and it's ready to be cooked at once ~)
Step 8: deep fry and cool~
Step 9: chop the dark chocolate (my plate is small, so I only put one large piece at a time), which is used to make parts other than petals.
Step 10: melt the chocolate in water (don't touch it with water). I put the plate in a hot water bowl and change the water when it's cold. Apply hot chocolate to the back of the leaf. I dip the protruding side of the small leaf on the receptacle into the hot chocolate.
Step 11: cool the fried flowers~
Step 12: take it off when it's cool. Be careful. Don't worry. Take your time (it's already dark)
Step 13: start making petals now ~ it's very troublesome to change chocolate. Wash all the places stained with dark chocolate with hot water. Cut up the white chocolate and melt it in water.
Step 14: apply chocolate on the concave side of the petal. (the concave side of the petal has veins on the stem, which makes it lifelike.) The photo was not taken well, the shadow fell on it.
Step 15: when the chocolate is solid but still sticky (half dry but not dry), stick it on the receptacle and pay attention to shaping. When it cools down a little, put it aside and continue to apply the second piece.
Step 16: after painting the second piece, the petals just shaped are almost cooled, and then you can take off the petals. Also be careful not to rush. After that, stick the petals on the second one, just like the first one~
Step 17: after sticking one piece at a time, dip the chocolate leaf on the receptacle into the right place and stick it to the right place~
Materials required:
White chocolate: 40g
Dark chocolate: 40g
Flour: small amount
Fresh rose: one
Note: 1. When you buy roses, you should have good-looking leaves, but it's not easy to uncover broken leaves. If you have roses at home, you can use the leaves of roses (the cut roses sold outside are actually roses); 2. The dough should be fried first, otherwise it's not easy to ripen; 3. Chocolate must not be exposed to water, and the water will spread like a virus inside, and finally all turn to sand; 4 When applying hot chocolate, it will be easier to peel off if it is thicker, but if it is too thick naturally, it will not be realistic, so please control it according to your hand feeling. 4.
