Supper noodles
Introduction:
"Last night, my mother played mahjong with some guests and told me to go downstairs and cook noodles for them. OK, is this ash always simple ~ ~ the problem is that there is no ginger, garlic, vegetables, and sesame oil! Originally, I wanted to make the simplest noodle soup. When the ingredients were put in place, the hot water would be finished. If my mother had high blood pressure, I would put less sesame oil in it. Now, did you tell me?! OMG, I can only fool around by myself. Let's use the rest of the hot pot for dinner and the rest of yesterday's dishes... I'm a tossing baby
Production steps:
Step 1: put raw peanuts, dried peppers and spiced slices in a bowl.
Step 2: open a hot pot, pour in an appropriate amount of salad oil. When the oil is 50% to 60% hot, pour in the material prepared in step 1, explode it, keep stirring it with a spatula, turn off the fire in one minute, and then pour it into a bowl (as I have so many, just take a little when cooking noodles). Then use a spoon to carefully pick up the residue inside, because if you put it in the pot, you may be scalded by the splashed oil.
Step 3: wash the celery, cabbage, garlic and green pepper mentioned in the ingredients and put them in a clean container.
Step 4: put cold water into the pot to boil. The amount of water depends on the number of people. Then I jump out 5 pieces of lean meat from the cooked pork leg jelly (cold or delicious ~ ~), and it's better that each piece of lean meat is made into strips with a stainless steel spoon.
Step 5: when the water in the pot is not boiling, cut the vegetables well, just cut the long ones, and cut the green peppers obliquely.
Step 6: when the water boils, stir it, then put down the ingredients, oil, salt, vinegar and sugar, stir them (the amount of seasoning I put depends on the ingredients), cover the pan for one minute.
Step 7: boil in a minute, put the celery, cabbage stem and garlic moss down, and then stir.
Step 8: next step 6, put down the vegetable leaves and green peppers, mix them, until the water in the pot boils for the second time, then turn off the fire and put all the vegetables in a big bowl. Put a small amount of red wine in the rest of the soup, and then spoon some soup in five bowls (this is the amount for five people). One third of the bowl is enough.
Step 9: then add some cold water to the soup you haven't used up before, cover the pan and put the noodles in when it's almost boiling. When the noodles are ready, put them in each bowl.
Step 10: finally, put all the cooked dishes in the big bowl into each bowl, use a big spoon, put a long strip of lean meat, and an appropriate amount of garlic moss, green vegetables, celery, and then cover the noodles in the bowl. It's OK ~ ~ look at the light supper ~ ~ it's delicious, too~~
Materials required:
Dried noodles: right amount
Celery: a handful
Cabbage: a handful
Garlic moss: a handful
Lean meat: small amount
Green pepper: two
Raw peanuts: 8
Spiced slices: 5
Red pepper: small spoon
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Sugar: half a teaspoon

Note: 1, the pepper used in the oil is basically not spicy, my family all have strong taste, so the green pepper is spicy in the end, but I put two ~ ~ you can put the color pepper without spicy, which is also very popular. 2. Well, I didn't put monosodium glutamate. I didn't forget that I had enough monosodium glutamate for the whole day. I'm free from supper, and the taste of the soup is enough. If I still mind, I'll put it. Mmm, I'll make it myself.
