Boiled spiced sunflower seeds
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the melon seeds with clean water.
Step 2: add water and seasoning to the pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and melt the salt completely.
Step 3: add melon seeds and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and cool naturally.
Step 4: take out the melon seeds and drain the water. If possible, spread the melon seeds flat to dry. I use a frying pan to dry slightly.
Step 5: prepare 6 cloth bags (cook and disinfect the bags in advance), put the melon seeds into the bags and seal them with clips.
Step 6: spread the bag of melon seeds on the heater, dry for 3-4 days, and then eat.
Materials required:
Raw melon seeds: 1000g
Star anise: 10g
Cinnamon: 6 g
Chinese prickly ash: 8g
Fennel: 10g
Licorice: 20g
Salt: 30g
Note: the cooked melon seeds can also be dried without frying pan. After the water is drained, they can be directly put into the bag and dried on the heater. They should be turned frequently to prevent the deterioration of melon seeds.
