Orange spareribs
Introduction:
"Orange spareribs is a favorite dish in my family. The aroma of meat and orange are cleverly blended together. They are sour and sweet, just right, and never tire of eating. Orange spareribs and sugar and sour spareribs have the same sour and sweet taste, but I prefer to use fruits as vegetables. The sour and sweet taste of fruits is different from that of sweet and sour. There is no strong stimulation of vinegar taste, only mild sour and sweet taste, which makes people have endless aftertaste. I've tried two kinds of orange spareribs, both of which are very delicious. One is to fry the ribs first and then wrap them with juice, the other is to stew them well and then wrap them with juice. I prefer the latter. Stewed ribs of bone soup, and then add some vegetables, is a beautiful pot of soup, eating ribs, drinking soup, two words "comfortable."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the oranges and ribs.
Step 2: wash the spareribs under the water faucet slowly for about 15 minutes, then put the spareribs in clean water and soak for 30 minutes. Turn the spareribs several times in the middle to soak the blood.
Step 3: put proper amount of water into the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, bring the water to a boil, put the spareribs into the pot without covering, cook for 3-5 minutes, turn it over in the middle, and then wash the foam on the surface of the spareribs with clean water.
Step 4: put the spareribs in another pot and simmer for 1 hour.
Step 5: pick up the ribs and cut them into two sections.
Step 6: squeeze the juice out of the orange, mix it with 1 tbsp white sugar, and let it stand for 10 minutes (you can also put white sugar or rock sugar in the pot).
Step 7: put olive oil in the pan and heat slightly. Pour in orange juice.
Step 8: bring the orange juice to a boil and stir fry the ribs for a while.
Step 9: pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for a while.
Step 10: close the lid and turn it several times.
Step 11: collect the dried juice and put it on the plate. Put the decoration on the edge of the plate and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
