Street snacks in autumn and winter
Introduction:
"I always want to do it at home, so I can do as much as I want! Don't eat so much at one time, ha ha. There are some people who buy raw chestnuts in the market. Most people buy raw chestnuts with boiled water. But it doesn't seem to have the smell of stir frying with sugar. I've seen a gentleman baking in an oven, but it's troublesome. It's still a long time. Is there a better and more convenient way! First thought of the microwave oven, the Internet has a lot of people using it to do sugar fried chestnuts. I also want to try, because there is no sugar at home, so I replaced it with honey. The result seems to be better than adding sugar
Production steps:
Step 1: wash chestnuts and remove water.
Step 2: use a knife to cut the chestnut cross, don't cut through, just cut the epidermis. Be careful in this step
Step 3: place in a container with a lid and microwave for 4 minutes.
Step 4: take out and add 1 tablespoon honey while it is hot. Stir well.
Step 5: cover well and microwave again for about 4 minutes.
Step 6: if it's cooked, take it out to air, remove the water from the surface, and then eat it.
Materials required:
Chestnut: 500g
Honey: 1 tablespoon
Note: 1. Choose chestnuts that are about the same size, so it's easier to cook them at the same time. 2. When cutting chestnuts, it should be small. Put chestnuts on the cutting board and chop them with a knife. Don't hold chestnuts with your hands. It's very dangerous. 3. The microwave container should have a cover, so that chestnuts are easier to ripen, and keep some water, and will not taste too dry. 4. Every chestnut needs to be cut to put in the microwave oven, otherwise it will crack, which is also very dangerous. 5. The time of microwave is not fixed, because chestnuts are big and small, which can be adjusted according to the situation. Generally high fire is about 5-8 minutes.
