Production steps:
Step 1: boil a pot of hot water, add the chopped tofu, add a spoonful of salt to the water, cook for two or three minutes, remove and drain.
Step 2: heat the frying pan, pour in a teaspoon of vegetable oil, add the blanched tofu and fry it.
Step 3: fry until both sides of tofu are brown, pour in soy sauce, soy sauce and rock sugar powder and stir fry.
