Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready.
Step 2: separate the egg white and yolk, add salad oil, a little sugar and proper amount of flour into the yolk, cut and mix into a thick yolk paste.
Step 3: add 1 / 3 of the total sugar to the egg white and start stirring up and down in the same direction.
Step 4: stir for about 3 minutes, add 1 / 3 sugar for the second time, and continue to stir.
Step 5: continue stirring for about 3 minutes, add 1 / 3 sugar for the third time.
Step 6: until the protein is stirred into a hard foam. (the whole process takes about 8 minutes)
Step 7: add 1 / 3 of the protein to the egg yolk paste.
Step 8: cut and mix well.
Step 9: mix the egg paste and pour into the remaining 2 / 3 of the protein.
Step 10: continue to cut and mix evenly.
Step 11: stir the batter into a paper cup and sprinkle with a little sugar. (8 full, 2 eggs, 4 cups, just right)
Step 12: put in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, 20 minutes in the middle.
Materials required:
Eggs: 2

Chocolate syrup: a little
Note: I didn't measure the amount of flour. I just need to add flour slowly until the batter is thick but can flow. 2: When mixing the protein, turn it up and down in the same direction, not in circles. 3: When mixing the egg yolk and egg white, turn them up and down, not in circles.
