Production steps:
Step 1: separate the egg white and yolk of four eggs with an egg separator, then use a stainless steel container to add 60g of soft sugar to the egg white, and use an egg beater to beat it to cream shape, so that the egg white will not drip. There must be no water in the mixing rod of the container and beater, otherwise it will not be creamy.
Step 2: sift 60g low gluten powder and a little baking soda into the egg white, mix well with a stirring knife to make the egg paste. (it must be mixed, otherwise it will be hard. If there is no sieve, we can also use the colander that filters the bean dregs when we drink Soybean milk. The mesh is very fine. I think a small spoonful of milk powder might taste better.
Step 3: add egg yolks to the batter one at a time and mix well. Mix 4 egg yolks one by one.
Step 4: wash the cake plate and wipe it dry without water, then pour oil on it and brush it evenly with a brush.
Step 5: pour the egg paste into the cake plate and sprinkle with your favorite dried fruits, such as raisins, walnuts and sesame seeds. (you can also put some fruits you like. I think canned yellow peaches and strawberries are good. Ha ha, I haven't tried them. I can try them next time.).
Step 6: preheat the oven for 5 minutes, then adjust the temperature to 200 degrees, and heat the upper and lower tubes for 10 minutes.
