Production steps:
Step 1: 500 grams of spontaneous flour, 300 grams of warm water knead into dough. I use self-made powder, so add warm water. Do not add yeast, if you use ordinary flour, you need to add the same amount of yeast powder.
Step 2: ferment the dough to twice the size, and poke the dough with your fingers to form a honeycomb. (I put the dough next to the radiator for about an hour, and the dough is fermented. My room temperature is about 28 degrees. If you have an oven at home, you can adjust the oven temperature to 35-38 degrees to ferment the dough in the oven. If the room temperature is low, the fermentation time of the dough will be extended for several hours.)
Step 3: apply thin powder on the chopping board and knead the dough to the original size.
Step 4: take half of the dough and rub it into strips.
Step 5: cut into about 35 grams of flour.
Step 6: round the dough again.
Step 7: roll out the dough, the thickness of the dough is about 1cm. The prepared dough needs to be put in a warm place for secondary fermentation for 20 minutes.
Step 8: heat the pan and put in the cakes over low heat. Put on the lid.
Step 9: open the cover and turn it over in 1 minute, then continue to close the cover and open it again in 1 minute. If both sides of the cake are burnt yellow, continue to lower the heat and turn both sides once in half a minute. It takes about five minutes for the dough to ripen completely. Because my pancake is thin, both sides of the cooked pancake are very crisp, there will be no unripe noodles inside. If you like to eat thick, roll the pancake thick to extend the pancake time. As long as you use a small fire and turn it over frequently, the cake won't paste.
Step 10: then chop with green pepper, pork and coriander. In the last recipe, I told you how to make braised meat.
Step 11: don't chop the meat and green pepper and coriander too finely. Add half a spoonful of salt and a few spoonfuls of soup in the braised pork.
Step 12: half open the baked cake and keep it at the bottom. Put the chopped vegetables in.
