Braised spinach rolls with ribs
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: make spinach rolls: add a little olive oil and salt to the spinach juice and noodles, make them dry, knead them into a ball, put them in the fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate them for 2 hours; take out the noodles again and put them into the noodle press, adjust the maximum gear, fold the noodles repeatedly, and then adjust them into 2 gear to form the ideal dough; cut them into the right length and width, cut a knife in the middle of the noodles, and put them in one end In the middle of the hole pull out is a beautiful spinach roll; excess corner can be repeatedly pressed into noodles, noodles!
Step 2: soak the spareribs in cold water for about 1 hour in advance, remember to change the blood water; finally, clean them with warm water for standby.

Step 14: about two-thirds of the soup, add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir well.
Step 15: put spinach rolls on top.
Step 16: turn medium heat to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until the paper is well done.
Step 17: add some fresh vegetables and stir well.
Step 18: add a little red pepper.
