Simple and delicious rose almond cake
Introduction:
"There's almost no weekend for t. T's friends have many birthdays recently. They have birthday parties for several days in succession. I don't like to join in the fun. I don't even follow. T can't come back until after midnight. Make a small cake, both rose romance, and almond nut fragrance. Because of the fragrance of roses, this kind of cake doesn't need any extra sugar. It only uses 10g honey. It uses very low-fat margarine to make it for hungry people when they come back in the middle of the night
Production steps:
Step 1: take 5g rose tea, put it into tea bag, and make rose tea with 200ml water. Wait till it's cool.
Step 2: sift the low gluten flour and almond powder, add Creme cheese and butter, and mix roughly.
Step 3: beat in an egg, stir well, and then add 30-40g of the rose tea made in step 1. If you use margarine, you can add less tea; if you use butter, you need more. Take about 5 more rose buds, remove the roots, crush them by hand and add them to the batter. Add honey or sugar and stir well.
Step 4: take the extrusion tube, with a 2cm round mouth, on the baking tray covered with baking paper, extrude about 10 small cakes with a diameter of 5cm at a distance.
Step 5: put in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, about 20 minutes. Bake and let cool.

Honey: 10g
Note: 1. Because of the rose fragrance and almond aroma, this cake does not need too much sugar. So I only gave 10g honey, and it tasted good. 2. If you like more decoration, you can consider brushing sugar paste on the surface, and then stick some rose petals or even a whole rose.
