Babao tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into small pieces.
Step 2: wash the shrimp and yaozhu, and soak them in warm water.
Step 3: soak the mushroom and cut into small pieces.
Step 4: dice shrimps and fillets, marinate with cooking wine and white powder for 10 minutes.
