Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork, mushrooms and snake beans.

Step 4: wash and chop pork into minced meat.
Step 5: pour in minced pork, add salt, black pepper and soy sauce.
Step 6: mix well to make dumpling filling.
Step 7: knead the dough well, add the agent, roll the skin, and wrap the dumpling stuffing.
Step 8: make all the dumplings.
Step 9: bring the water to a boil and put the dumplings in. After boiling, add cold water; repeat three times until the dumplings float, about 5 minutes.

Note: 1, fresh snake beans fried food must be thoroughly fried. 2. The pork I choose is fatter and more oily, but when mixed with snake beans and mushrooms, the dumplings taste very good. 3. Seasoning taste can be as you like. I use sweet garlic juice. It's great. 4. Snake bean is not a snake shaped loofah, it does not belong to a subject at all; snake bean is hollow, and there are only three seeds similar to bitter gourd seeds in the inner pulp of one snake bean.
