Step 1: 170 grams of dry sweet potato powder, soft with warm water.
Step 2: Seasoning: 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2.5 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp roasted sesame, mix well.

Step 7: stir fry the vegetables separately
Step 8: stir fry sweet potato powder over medium heat until it is transparent and a little sticky. Turn off the heat and stir in the red onion, carrot, mushroom, spinach and the remaining seasoning. Mix well.
