Production steps:
Step 1: cut the chicken into 1.5cm square pieces.
Step 2: slice ginger, cut scallion into sections, and cut dried chili into 2cm sections. Wash Zanthoxylum and prepare the seasoning.
Step 3: put the chicken on the plate, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4: add oil to the clean pan until 70% to 80% heat, and fry the chicken.

Step 7: stir fry the chicken with seasoning until it tastes good, then add monosodium glutamate.
