This soup has a sweeter taste, better effect of eliminating phlegm and moistening dryness, especially easier for the elderly and children to accept. This small hanging pear soup is not a soup. It is different from Tremella pear soup in production. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients. Pear to use snow pear, full juice, taste clean. Rock candy can be increased or decreased according to their own preferences. I use the nine system plum that can be bought in supermarkets. Tremella ahead of 1-2 hours of foam. Tremella 20 grams, after bubble hair about 100 grams.
Step 2: xiaodiaoli soup is different from soup in that it is mainly made of pear, supplemented by tremella, to highlight the taste of pear juice. The general sense of the production is to simmer for 30 minutes, the tremella is crisp. But if it's to make Tremella thick and more suitable for the elderly and children, it's better to boil Tremella thick first and then mix it with other things. So today's method of Huaer is to boil the thick Tremella under high pressure, and then boil it in an electric stew.
Step 3: put into the pressure cooker, add 1000 grams of water. This amount of pure pear water (after removing pears) is the amount of 3 cups of this kind of cup in the figure above. Of course, the pears inside are soft and delicious. So this is the right amount for a family of three.
Step 4: set the time for 25 minutes to make soup.
Step 5: use this time to put the pear into the water sprinkled with salt and rub it with your hands.
Step 6: when the pressure cooker time is up, continue to deflate. After that, the thick state of Tremella has been changed.
Step 7: prepare Lycium barbarum and soak it in clear water for a while; cut the pear into pieces and pay attention not to throw the pear skin. It is the key to pear soup, which can make the juice thick, clear and moist, and the color deeper.
Step 8: mix ingredients other than wolfberry with tremella soup. I'm using an electric stew pot here. In fact, it costs a lot of electricity and the heating is slow, but the only good thing is that no one will look at it.
Step 9: put the ingredients in and simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 10: before 5 minutes, put the pickled wolfberry in and stir it for a few times. The plum blossom is the key to this small pear soup. It can make the soup sweeter. Children will also love this soup. It's really soup. You can drink it without a spoon, especially the tremella after high-pressure stewing. It's basically melted, so it's good to drink it directly.

Note: finally, I'd like to give you a tip: the north is dry in winter, and you like to drink Pu'er tea because it's greasy. But Pu'er tea is more astringent and tastes bad when you drink too much. Here you can mix a little jasmine tea to increase the sense of fragrance. You should put 1-2 plum in it, which completely neutralizes Pu'er's astringent and heavy feeling, appetizers and invigorates the spleen, and achieves the effect of removing greasiness.
