Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: cut tofu into slices. Add salt and marinate for 2 minutes.
Step 3: peel the banana and cut it into slices.
Step 4: take a bowl, add starch, vinegar sugar and water, stir evenly into juice.
Step 5: cut the onion into pieces.
Step 6: coat the bean curd and banana slices with egg liquid.
Step 7: dip in the starch separately.

Note: don't cut tofu and banana too thin. It's easy to break during frying.
