Production steps:

Step 8: continue to stir fry until cauliflower in the pot begins to turn yellow, that is, when the top of cauliflower begins to have a light burnt yellow, it means that the water in Cauliflower has almost evaporated.
Step 9: quickly pour in carrot slices and bell pepper, add a little sugar and soy sauce to taste, and stir fry for about 1 minute.
Step 10: pour in the prepared Pixian Douban, stir fry quickly until the Douban is evenly wrapped on the cauliflower and fragrant, then put it on the plate.
