Production steps:
Step 1: a chicken marinade: salt, cooking wine, five spice powder; B zhaoshao sauce: half a spoonful of oil consumption, half a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of raw soy sauce, two spoonfuls of cooking wine, one spoonful of sugar (more fragrant with honey), plus five spoonfuls of boiling water
Step 2: remove the bone of the chicken leg, loosen the back of the knife, marinate with marinade a, cut a little ginger and garlic, and prepare zhaoshao sauce
Step 3: pour the oil into the frying pan (the pan is better). After the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic to stir fry slightly. Add the chicken leg meat with toothpick (toothpick can prevent skin shrinkage, which can be omitted), and fry the chicken skin downward
Step 4: stir in medium and small heat until the skin is golden, turn over and stir until yellowish (about 10 minutes), then pour in the pre adjusted zhaoshao juice
Step 5: heat over medium low heat, cover the pot and simmer. Turn over properly during the cooking process, and let the juice seep into the chicken evenly
Step 6: after the juice is a little thick, turn off the heat and cut it directly with a knife (you can also cut it in a plate or not)
Step 7: add rice, hot vegetables (can be made in sauce at the same time), plate
