It tastes very good! "
Production steps:
Step 1: soften the cream cheese at room temperature
Step 2: Oreo biscuit, sandwich and biscuit separation
Step 3: remove the sandwich and crush the Oreo biscuit
Step 4: melt the butter in the microwave
Step 5: mix the melted butter and Oreo biscuits evenly, place them on the bottom of the mold and compact them, then put them in the refrigerator for cooling
Step 6: squeeze a fresh lemon
Step 7: soak dried cranberries in rum for 5 minutes, then add red wine to soak. The amount of red wine is just enough to soak dried cranberries
Step 8: softened cream cheese, Oreo sandwich, 70g sugar and lemon juice are mixed together to form a cheese paste
Step 9: light cream with 40g sugar, beat to 6, just a little texture
Step 10: soak the dried Cranberry (separate the wine and put it into a small bowl for standby), add 40g boiled water and 8g fish glue powder, stir well, and then add the cheese paste.
Step 11: mix the cheese paste and whipped cream evenly, pour in the cooled 5, and then put into the refrigerator to cool
Step 12: put the filtered wine and grape flavored QQ sugar into a small bowl, heat it in water until the QQ sugar completely melts, turn off the fire and cool.
Step 13: take out 11, put on some decorative plums (or not), wait for 12 to cool to room temperature, then pour in. Then put it in the refrigerator to cool for more than 4 hours.

Note: 1, I use more sugar, because the cranberry dry super acid. 2. I usually add egg yolk when whipping cream cheese, but because this cake is not heated in the oven, and I'm not sure about the hygiene standard of raw eggs, so I didn't add it. 3. The melted QQ sugar water must be cooled to room temperature before adding, otherwise if it is too hot, it will cause the slightly frozen cheese to melt, and the mirror will not have that kind of translucent beauty. 4. When you cut the cake, you can also blow the knife hot to make the edge neat. After each cut, wipe the knife clean, continue to blow hot, and then cut the next knife.
