Production steps:
Step 1: I bought this kind of long pepper. This kind of pepper is not very spicy. It's slightly spicy. I can't eat too spicy. Pepper varieties can be according to their own preferences, like to eat spicy choose heavy spicy varieties. Clean the belt. Don't put it in, or the water will get into the pepper, which is easy to be broken.
Step 2: wash the pepper to dry. I have been drying it indoors for almost a day. Then cut off the handle. Do not remove the seeds, cut into small pieces and put them into the minced meat cup of the cooking machine,
Step 3: grind. I don't want to chop it by hand. It's too hard and too spicy. In this way, the ground pepper is basically the same as that chopped by hand.
