Boiled bean curd with green garlic
Introduction:
"When I was a child, I used to make tofu the day before killing pigs at the end of the year, so that I could make all kinds of dishes for guests on the day of killing pigs. Making tofu means that you can eat Douhua (you can't buy Douhua in the countryside). After making Douhua, mom usually puts a little oil in the frying pan to fry the homemade Douchi, and then pour it into the Douhua to boil and sprinkle some garlic sprouts.
