Duck soup with white gourd
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash with tsshi, coix jobI, meidou, tangerine peel and ginger skin.
Step 2: soak the tangerine peel and scrape off the white one with a knife.
Step 3: cut the wax gourd into large pieces.
Step 4: Chop corn.
Step 5: chop the duck.
Step 6: put proper amount of water in the pot, and put in all the ingredients (except duck, chicken feet, wax gourd and Yuba).
Step 7: after boiling water, continue to cook for about 30 minutes, then put white gourd and duck; continue to electric soup pot, time control for two hours.
Step 8: soak clean Yuba.
Step 9: put Yuzhu into the soup and continue to cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 10: when drinking, add salt according to personal preference.
