Production steps:
Step 1: cool the boiling water to about 70 ℃.

Step 3: soak the gelatin slices in cold water for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: add the right amount of Guozhen into the cooling boiled water and stir evenly.
Step 5: take out the gelatin slice, squeeze the water, put it into the juice, melt it while it is hot, and stir well.
Step 6: pour step 5 into the mold, because my mold is filled with things, so I use the fresh-keeping box instead. Put it in the refrigerator to cool and solidify.
Step 7: get the coconut ready.

Note: the photos before dipping coconut silk are taken at night, not good-looking. I prepared a soup bowl of juice and used three pieces of gilding. If I want to increase the amount of juice, I need to increase the gilding accordingly. The finished product is not good-looking. Anyway, the things I make are not appetizing to others. Only when I taste them by myself can I know they are delicious.
