Dried gourd
Introduction:
"During this period of time, the bamboo plaque and sieve of my family were mobilized to work hard in the hot sun every day. Although the high temperature is hard to bear, it's great to dry vegetables in such a day. Don't be idle. Make healthy and environmentally friendly dishes. Let's act quickly
Production steps:
Step 1: choose fresh gourd. (this is from a friend's family)
Step 2: peel and cut off the pedicle.
Step 3: cut into 0.5cm thick disc. (too thick to dry, too thin to dry, just like paper, it doesn't have tenacity)
Step 4: spread it on the sieve for a while.
Step 5: sun exposure. (the sun these days is enough from morning till night)
Step 6: gather up and prepare for the next level.
Step 7: steam the collected pieces on the steaming rack for 40 minutes to 1 hour. (when mom likes cooking, she puts it on the steaming rack and steams it easily.)
Step 8: after steaming, stew it. It's best if it looks ripe and not sticky or rotten.
Step 9: once again exposed to the sun, it will dry out in one day, so it is considered successful.
Materials required:
Gourd: right amount
Note: use fresh-keeping bag sealed preservation, then you can eat stew, ah ah, think about it will drool. My mother still likes the way she ate when she was a child. When she was soaked and softened, she chopped some green peppers directly, added seasonings and steamed them in the pot. It was delicious and soft. It was very different from fresh gourd!
