Introduction:
"Mata Lake: the scenic spot is located between Qifeng town in the northeast of Huantai County, Zibo City and Hubin town in the south of boxing city. This area is low-lying. Xiaofu River, Wuhe River and Zhulong River, which meander from Boshan, converge here to form a natural lake. In the middle of July every year, "new lotus root" is served. The tender lotus root is as white as jade, fresh and sweet. The freshest way to eat it is to wash the fresh lotus root, wrap it with tender lotus leaves and smash it. It can directly mix sugar. It's refreshing and delicious. Bingzhen Mata lake is also a famous local dish, but its edible time is relatively short. The mature white lotus root is rich in starch, protein, sugar, fat, vitamins and other ingredients. Production steps:
