Production steps:
Step 1: raw material: rock sugar: Rose 1:1, if you like to drink a little sweet, you can add the amount of rock sugar, I use tower ice, choosing a sealed container is the key, I use a closed small pot

Step 6: pour out according to personal taste, add appropriate amount of water, the original rose vinegar, can be used for cold vegetables, or as home vinegar to use
Step 7: water can be heated in cold winter, and it can be chilled in midsummer. Generally, the ratio of raw vinegar to water is 1:40, so you can drink it directly. The picture above shows 1:0.2 of water, which is used for cold vegetables
