Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials and wash the coriander;
Step 2: cut coriander into small pieces, cut peanuts and homemade black tofu into small cubes;

Step 4: add tofu blanching water to remove bean smell;
Step 5: take out the tofu, drain the water and cool it;

Note: 1. Bean curd blanching water can remove bean smell, and salt can make it taste better; 2. Mix well before eating.
