Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials: perch, pickle, coriander, pepper and ginger.
Step 2: clean the bass, change the knife, wipe the fish with ginger, salt and cooking wine, marinate for 15 minutes
Step 3: add oil to the clean pan, add ginger, garlic and pepper and stir fry until fragrant
Step 4: add the cut sauerkraut, stir fry until fragrant, add water and fish, subject to less than half of the fish body, add sugar and a small amount of black pepper
Step 5: bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat for 10 minutes, open the lid, add salt and chicken powder, turn off the heat and remove from the pan
Step 6: Sprinkle coriander into the dish (this is my finished product, not very nice, hee hee!)

Note: the material should be fresh, the heat should be appropriate, do not cook too old.
