Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Rice
Step 2: add proper amount of apple vinegar to rice, mix well and prepare
Step 3: cut the carrots, beans, cucumbers and Auricularia auricula into shreds, stir the eggs evenly, spread them into thin egg cakes in the oil pan, and stir fry the carrots, beans and Auricularia auricula with a little salt in the oil pan

Step 5: roll up slowly
