Introduction:
"Glutinous rice has a high calorie, so it is not suitable for the elderly and children to eat too much each time. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: Boil peas in boiling water, take them out, cool them in cold water and drain them. Blanch shrimps in boiling water and set aside. Cut the rice dumplings into small pieces

Zongzi can be stored in freezer for a long time after quick freezing. When eating, it should be steamed thoroughly again or thawed in microwave oven. It's better to divide it into small bags that are eaten at one time and wrap them tightly in plastic bags. It should be opened separately from other raw foods such as meat to avoid cross contamination.
