Kwai breakfast: beef wonton

Production steps:
Step 1: add egg and cooking wine to the beef stuffing, stir with proper amount of warm water clockwise to make the meat stuffing strong. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder, peanut oil and salt to mix well. The same is clockwise mixing. Finally, add onion and ginger and mix well to form the filling. The wonton skin is ready.
Step 2: take a piece of wonton skin and put some meat stuffing in the middle.
Step 3: fold the bottom up.
Step 4: fold up.
Step 5: squeeze the left and right.
Step 6: make wonton.
Step 7: do it all.
Step 8: boil in an underwater pan.
Step 9: add shrimps, laver and salt to taste.
Step 10: add chicken juice.
Step 11: put into a bowl and sprinkle with coriander.
Materials required:
Wonton skin: right amount
Beef stuffing: right amount
Salt: right amount
Laver: right amount
Dried shrimps: right amount
Chicken juice: right amount
Coriander: moderate
Note: I bought a ready-made wonton skin. It's better to pinch it with a little water when kneading. The beef stuffing should be prepared in advance and put into the refrigerator. Take it as you like.
