Steamed gayu with chopped peppers and sauerkraut in black bean sauce
Introduction:
"When I came home from work and walked through the small vegetable market, I saw that there was gayu for sale, and it was not small. I asked about the price of 15 yuan per catty, which was much cheaper than the big vegetable market. I bought two of them and steamed them with homemade minced pepper sauce and pickled potherb mustard. It was really delicious. It's a great pleasure to eat the tender fish with the flavor of Douchi, sauerkraut and chopped pepper. It's fresh, tender, fragrant and spicy in the mouth. It's also a cup of Shaoxing Huadiao wine. Through QQ and business trip husband show off this dish, he greedy saliva DC, said I take advantage of him not at home to do delicious, hehe! In fact, it's not exactly like this. When I meet good ingredients, I will have the desire to buy them and cook them immediately. I usually don't look at the number of people in my family. Maybe this is a shortcoming of food lovers like me. "

Note: 1, this dish does not need to add salt, pickled sauerkraut is a little delicious, and Douchi, steamed fish, soy sauce are salty, taste enough. 2. The key to make a good dish is to grasp the heat, that is, the time for steaming the fish. When the time is long, the fish will get old, and when the time is short, the inside of the fish is still raw. The steaming time should be adjusted according to the size of the fish. 3. Sauerkraut is usually older, so it will taste better if it is fried in advance and then steamed.
