Production steps:

After the shrimp dumpling dough is made, it needs to be covered with a wet cloth for use (there is no noodle machine, the process of making dough can also be operated manually, which is the same as making dumpling dough)
Step 10: 10: pack in the filling
Step 11: 11: it is made into shrimp dumplings and placed on the steaming drawer, with carrot slices at the bottom to prevent adhesion (you can also brush oil on the cage drawer to prevent adhesion)
Step 12: 12: Boil the water in the steamer, steam for 6-7 minutes, then open the lid to eat
