Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the broad bean and peel off the shell;
Step 2: mince ginger and garlic;
Step 3: put minced ginger, garlic and pickled pepper into a small bowl;

Step 5: add warm water;

Step 7: cut scallion;

Step 10: start the frying pan, add cool oil into the hot pan, add broad beans, and stir fry over medium and small heat;
Step 11: stir fry until both sides of the broad bean are golden, and turn off the fire when there are scorched spots;
Step 12: add the sauce;
Step 13: stir well, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, open the middle and stir fry once or twice;
Step 14: after 15 minutes, the soup is basically absorbed, add scallion and mix well.
