Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add the yeast powder to the warm water and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: mix the flour and a spoonful of sugar evenly, make a hole in the middle, slowly add yeast water, and make a non stick dough.
Step 3: cover the box and wake up to twice the size.
Step 4: wash and drain the wolfberry.
Step 5: lay a thin layer of dough on the chopping board, knead the dough slightly, press it with a stick, and roll it into a rectangular piece. Then brush a layer of edible oil gently with a brush.
Step 6: Sprinkle Lycium barbarum evenly on the oil coated dough.
Step 7: roll up the dough from top to bottom and grow into strips.
Step 8: with a knife, gently cut the flower knife on the strip (cut to the stuffing, do not cut too deep), and then use the back of the knife (do not press on the knife edge), perpendicular to the direction of the flower knife, to press out the pattern.
Step 9: arrange the shape by hand, cut it into pieces with a knife, put it on the drawer smeared with oil, cover it with wet cloth, and wake up again for 20 minutes.
Step 10: steam for 10 minutes with hot water. After steaming, turn off the heat and steam for another 3 minutes.
