Pumpkin Congee

Production steps:
Step 1: peel and slice pumpkin
Step 2: put the pumpkin slices on a large plate and steam for 10 minutes.
Step 3: mash the steamed pumpkin slices with a blender.
Step 4: pour the pumpkin puree into a small pot.
Step 5: add 2 tbsp of glutinous rice flour and water to make glutinous rice paste. I use the water from the steaming pumpkin dish. It tastes like pumpkin
Step 6: after the pumpkin puree is boiled, turn down the heat, pour in the glutinous rice paste, and mix well.
Step 7: mix the pumpkin puree and glutinous rice paste and bring to a boil again,
Step 8: complete.
Materials required:
Pumpkin: about half a catty
Glutinous rice flour: 2 tbsp
Sugar: one teaspoon
Note: cook pumpkin porridge with stirring, so that it doesn't stick to the bottom and doesn't splash everywhere...
