Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: ingredients.
Step 2: soak pig bone in water and wash it.
Step 3: put the pot in cold water and add more water.
Step 4: peel luffa and cut into pieces.
Step 5: add a little cooking wine to shrimps, soak and wash.
Step 6: tie onion and slice ginger.
Step 7: when boiling, remove the foam from the bone soup. Add ginger and green onion to the mixture.
