Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the cold skin.
Step 2: Boil the bean sprouts, squeeze the water, shred the cucumber and ham sausage, cut the gluten into small pieces, and wash the shallot.
Step 3: spread a cold skin on the cutting board.
Step 4: add shredded cucumber and sausages first.

Fried meat sauce: 2 tbsp
Shallot: 30g
Precautions: 1. The cold skin must be made on the same day. It will break when it is rolled overnight. 2. If you like spicy food, you can add some hot sauce to it. It's more appetizing.
