Production steps:
Step 1: about 1100 grams of strawberries in total, soak in light salt water for 10 minutes, rinse with water twice. These are left over from strawberry jam.
Step 2: the strawberries are bigger. They are cut into three pieces and two pieces. When they are fried, I think they can be cut smaller.
Step 3: sprinkle some sugar and mix well with chopsticks. Depending on my taste, I don't put too much sugar. It's like the amount of sugar and tomato. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a day. Marinate strawberry juice. (I ordered to pickle for one day, but the QQ sugar was eaten by my colleagues in the evening, so I had to pickle for another day. Fortunately, it didn't affect much.)
Step 4: pickled strawberries dangling in strawberry juice, beautiful.
Step 5: my pan is made of non stick material. It's just for frying strawberry jam. When the fire is fired, fire is transferred to medium and low grade. Remember to stir constantly or the edges will be covered with strawberry foam. When stirring, pour in the fresh lemon juice. I'm afraid it's too sour. I squeezed a quarter of the lemon.
Step 6: put the lemon juice and stir it for a while. Put two pieces of maltose in. The white thing like cotton is the melted maltose.
Step 7: sprinkle a few strawberry flavored QQ sugar, stir a few more times to melt the QQ sugar. After 16 minutes, the strawberries are almost melted. If they are boiled again, the strawberries will be smaller.
Step 8: beautiful strawberry jam is fresh. Ha ha, beautiful.
Step 9: Bottling after it's cold. I don't have a beautiful bottle. I found two bottles of fruit vinegar and yogurt. They look very beautiful.

Note: the amount of white sugar depends on the taste of the individual. When it is cooked, strawberry jam must be stirred without stirring, otherwise the edges will be covered with pink foam. Remember to refrigerate cold strawberry jam. It can last for a long time.
