Steamed spareribs

Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready.
Step 2: wash the spareribs and add proper amount of peanut oil, salt, chicken essence, Lake powder and soy sauce.
Step 3: put in all the materials, stir well and let stand for 10 minutes.
Step 4: steam the spareribs in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
Step 5: cut the shallot into scallions and set aside.
Step 6: take out the steamed spareribs and sprinkle with scallion.

Starch: appropriate amount
Shallot: moderate
Note: spareribs don't need ginger and cooking wine to smell fishy, and don't need blanching water, so it saves a lot of trouble. It can also keep the original flavor of spareribs, and peanut oil can remove all the fishy smell. You can add two more spoonfuls of peanut oil if you like it tender and smooth.
