Bacon pizza with gravy (Pan version)
Introduction:
"The first thing to say is: I always belong to the bold and unconstrained school when eating pizza, so please ignore my magic claw that holds the pizza! This is my second attempt to make pizza with a pan. Before, I had no idea of the difference between Italian and American pizzas. I just felt that some pizzas had thin and crisp crust, but some of them couldn't bite very hard. Until I ate my own pizza this time, I suddenly realized that this would be one of the differences between them? Du Niang said for a while, although there are different opinions, they mainly focus on the crust of the two kinds of pizzas: Italian pizzas are thin bottomed, tough, and the stuffing is relatively simple; American pizzas have thick crust and rich stuffing. "
Production steps:
Step 1: put 3G yeast powder and half teaspoon salt into 200g of Fuqiang powder.
Step 2: mix the flour with warm water to form a dough.
Step 3: take 10g of butter and add it to the dough. Gently blend the butter into the dough and the dough is smooth.
Step 4: 4. Cover the dough with fresh-keeping film and place it in a warm place for fermentation.
Step 5: wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Step 6: wash the pork with warm water several times and cut into small pieces.
Step 7: shred half of the onion and dice half.
Step 8: Chop garlic and set aside.
Step 9: put some olive oil in the pan, heat the oil, add chopped onion and minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 10: add the diced meat and stir fry until the diced meat turns oily and discolored.
Step 11: add 1 / 2 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar to color the diced meat. Continue to stir fry over low heat until the diced meat is colored.
Step 12: after the diced meat is colored and tasted, place the cut tomatoes and stir fry over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft.
Step 13: when the tomatoes are soft, add ketchup and proper amount of hot water, turn down the heat and cook until the tomatoes are completely melted and there are no lumps.
Step 14: add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce during cooking.
Step 15: when the sauce is almost cooked, add a spoonful of black pepper, stir fry well and turn off the heat.
Step 16: cool the fried meat paste and set aside.
Step 17: clean green pepper and red pepper, cut into small pieces with water.
Step 18: rub the mozzarella cheese into silk with a silk eraser.
Let both sides of the pan cool. Set aside.
Step 20: use the oil from the fried bacon to fry the green and red pepper and shredded onion. The purpose is to remove the moisture from the vegetables and not waste the oil from the bacon without seasoning.
Step 21: let the dough ferment to twice its original size, and we'll start making the crust.
Step 22: vent the dough gently for several times, then divide the dough into 3 even pieces (depending on the size of your pan and the thickness of the crust), and then roll each piece into a moderate thickness crust.
Step 23: put a small piece of butter in the pan.
Step 24: after the butter is melted, put the rolled cake skin, and use a small fork to evenly prick some small holes in the cake skin, and then turn to low heat to fry.
Step 25: after about 10 minutes, you can turn off the fire and turn over the cake. Before turning over, throw in a small piece of butter.
Step 26: spread a proper amount of ketchup on the crust evenly.
Step 27: spread some mozzarella cheese on the meat sauce.
Step 28: spread some small pieces of bacon.
Step 29: add the fried green pepper and shredded onion.
Step 30: lay another layer of mozzarella cheese.
Step 31: turn down the heat, cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes (the time depends on the heat transfer speed of the pan).
Step 32: it's time to eat!
Materials required:
Flour: 200g
Pork: 200g
Tomatoes: 2
Ketchup: 150g
Yeast powder: 3G
Mozzarella cheese: 150g
Bacon: 3 slices
Green pepper: 1
Red pepper: 1 / 2
Onion: 1
Garlic: 1 head
Salt: 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce: 1 / 2 spoon
Butter: 30g
Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: right amount
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Warm water: moderate
Note: 1. If time permits, it's better to place the rolled dough for more than ten minutes to ferment, so that the crust of the fried pizza is soft. Because of the time problem, I omitted which step. The crust is thinner and crisper. 2. When frying to the meat sauce, add more tomato sauce to make the sauce taste stronger. If you put less tomato sauce, it will be discounted. 3. Try to make pizza with mozzarella cheese, which is easy to have the effect of silk drawing, and can stick the side dishes firmly on the pizza.
