Spiced lasagna cake

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the necessary dough ingredients.
Step 2: prepare the raw materials for the pastry. (i.e. listed in the ingredients)
Step 3: mix the flour, Zanthoxylum powder and seasoning salt in the raw material of the pastry, and then add an appropriate amount of sunflower seed oil to mix well. (please refer to the bowl for the dry thinness of pastry)
Step 4: mix the flour and salt in the dough materials, add appropriate amount of boiling water and mix them into granules, cool slightly and then add baking soda to mix well.
Step 5: knead into a smooth dough, then add chopped chives and sunflower seed oil.
Step 6: continue to knead evenly, round the dough, cover with plastic film and soak for 30 minutes.
Step 7: take out the dough and divide it into equal parts.
Step 8: take one of the dough, roll it into a long shape, and then spread it with pastry.
Step 9: roll up from the long side to form a strip.
Step 10: after a little flattening, start rolling from one end of the strip. (note, it's a roll, not a plate)
Step 11: place the rolled dough vertically, press it with your palm, cover it with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes, then finish the rest of the dough in turn.
Step 12: roll the loose cake into a round shape. (the thickness of the cake depends on personal preference. Do not use too much force when rolling to avoid layer adhesion)
Step 13: add proper amount of oil into the frying pan, put in the cake blank, and stir fry on both sides over low heat.
Step 14: when the cake is golden, turn off the heat.

Note: seasoning salt is a kind of Sichuan salt, because there are pepper, star anise and other spices in the salt, so compared with ordinary salt, it can make the food taste more delicious, which is generally sold in supermarkets.
