Homemade preserved egg
Introduction:
"Songhua egg, also known as preserved egg and changed egg, is a traditional flavor egg product in China. In the past, when I was in my hometown, my family would hire someone to make it and pay the processing fee. Later, when I left home to work, I bought ready-made eggs to eat. One year, for the convenience of going to work, I lived in a courtyard in the suburb of the city, which was close to a stream. By the stream, there was a small garden opened by nearby residents. There were ducks in the garden. My mother-in-law was greedy for other people's fat ducks, so she went to the market and bought more than ten ducklings. Other people's ducks eat their own wheat bran and vegetable leaves. Our ducks have no ration, only the rest of our food. These ducks have a big appetite and eat a lot of food. They don't have enough leftovers at all. They have to buy corn meal for them. The worst thing is that they often go to other people's garden to do havoc when it's windy, which makes many neighbors come to complain. My mother-in-law went back to her hometown at the end of that year and left these ducks to me. In order to raise them well, I worked hard. The next spring, the ducks began to lay eggs, every day, every day, rain or shine, gave birth to a lot of duck eggs, can not eat, so I pickled a jar full of salted duck eggs, there are hundreds of duck eggs can not handle. Finally, one day, I couldn't bear to put so many duck eggs there, so I went to buy the changed egg powder and wrapped the preserved eggs for a long time. That's what I wanted to be. The ducks lived happily in my house for three years. Later, the unit moved to the factory building in the new area, and I bought a new house nearby. The duck had no place to settle, so I gave it to my colleagues' parents in the countryside. The ducks lived happily for another three years at the home of their colleagues' parents. They laid more eggs. Some of them were pawned by rat poison and the others were sold. Until now, I still remember the scenes of raising ducks
